We will be opening the Garden Suites during the month of April. Please call ahead to grab a 'sweet' deal on a Garden Suite!! The remainder of the property will be opening sometime in early May, although our exact date is not yet determined. Give us a call to place a 'hold' on the room of your choice until rooms and rates are available.
Quiet lodging for adults, accepting guests 17yrs. of age and older for a peaceful, relaxing stay. If you want a certain room style, it's really best to reserve in advance....but, if you are a last minute person and don't really need a particular room style, then you might want to drive in and catch a "Last Minute Deal"!!!
To better serve our guests and to give you more options and better pricing of both rooms and food, we have lowered our room rates and made breakfast optional. We're working on a new breakfast choices to purchase with a menu featuring omelets, lots of fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, Greek yogurt, cereals, crepes, homemade jams and much more that you're sure to enjoy! relax in the afternoon with wine by the glass or bottle and appetizer of the day.

Room Styles:
Budget Size One Queen, Two beds for two people; Add $20 to the rate for an extra person. Not more than 2 to most rooms.
Deluxe One Queen, One King, or Suite with seating areas.
Suites: One Queen, Two Queen (all with separate bedroom, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, some dishwares). Some with patios.
Breakfast: Continental with all rooms; full breakfast for purchase along with additional choices on Sunday mornings. Vegetarian?, Gluten Free? When you reserve, please let us know if you have dietary restrictions.
Amenities: Hairdryers, free personal items, some microwaves, some fridges, AC, parking outside unit, iron and ironing board available.
Beds: All with Queen or King
Entertainment: TV, Cable, Radio
Communications: Free wireless throughout
Other Amenities: Flower garden, pond, covered pavilion, several outside seating areas, lending library, wine glasses
Suitability: Singles, couples, girlfriend getaways, groups and family reunions. No pets, no smoking, all adult atmosphere.
Quiet: We try to maintain a quiet, peaceful atmosphere throughout the day and most especially by 9pm.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days for any week day stay of 1 or 2 days, 7 days for any stay 3 days, any holiday or a Friday or Saturday.
For any cancellation there is a $25 cancellation fee that covers handling/processing. The fee may be applied to another 2013 stay.
 The ideal Ludington getaway for couples and singles looking for a quiet Ludington vacation, near Lake Michigan. We’re just one mile from “the beach” and the S.S. Badger in the historic Ludington bed and breakfast district. For dining and shopping, it’s a pleasant 6 short block walk to downtown Ludington shops, galleries and restaurants. Ludington State Park, where you will find miles of beaches and dunes, wooded trails, Big Sable lighthouse plus bicycle, canoe and kayak rental, is only 6 miles away.
We have 29 individually decorated rooms and suites in a garden setting with a sunroom and pond. We offer a Continental breakfast and a full, hot breakfast featuring local foods is available for purchase, convenient parking outside your door, excellent housekeeping and budget rates.
For your comfort, we have 5 different room styles with different amenities. They range in size from a small room with one queen bed to suites with separate living rooms, refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers. All of our rooms are decorated differently with a blend of soothing pastel colors, modern and traditional furnishings.
Room rates are based upon two people per room with most rooms accommodating only two. Our rates, for the most part, are 20-30% less than the Ludington Holiday Inn Express. For rooms that are designated for more than two there is a breakfast and linen charge for each extra person.
All of our rooms have cable television, guest controlled air conditioning and heat, and telephone with free local calls. Free wireless is available in our breakfast area, outside on our patio and in the guest rooms. Most of our bathrooms are small by today’s standards but are all ceramic, bright and spotless; most have hair dryers and large walk-in showers.
 Our sunroom overlooking the garden has a comfortable sofa and wicker seating along with a glass patio table for 4 and a lending library. The garden and pond area have outdoor seating under the trees and the garden deck with a canopy lit by Japanese lanterns has 4 distinct sitting areas.
