Check in time is between 4PM-9PM. If you will be arriving after this time, please contact us for self-check in instructions.

You will be provided with one parking space.

Check out time is Noon.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date or are a NO SHOW you will be responsible for 100% of your balance. You must notify us by phone and email if you wish to cancel. You will receive a cancellation email from us to confirm.

If you place a reservation inside the cancellation time frame, it is looked at as a Firm reservation. That is to say, there is no time to cancel the room and that you are in agreement with this policy.

We currently are not doing daily housekeeping. However, if you need any extra towels or other items, please let us know. We will refresh your room upon request if you are staying 3 nights or more. If you have trash that needs to be taken out, please notify us.

Our homemade, locally inspired breakfast is served daily from 7AM-10AM, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM-10AM outside of the summer season (please note that our schedule and offerings are subject to change). Given the size of our kitchen, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. However, we kindly ask that you notify us of any food allergies upon check-in.
 
Each morning, we offer locally roasted coffee from Aldea Coffee; one of our specialty quiches served with a side of fresh fruit and Michigan-made toast and jam; a yogurt bowl topped with fresh fruit, Michigan-made granola, and local honey, served with a side of Michigan-made toast and jam; and a fresh fruit bowl topped with Michigan-made granola and local honey, served with a side of Michigan-made toast and jam.

All of our rooms are Non-Smoking per Michigan State Law; $200 will be charged for any violation. Smoking is prohibited inside the entire property, gardens and all outside areas. If you are caught smoking in any prohibited area you will be asked to vacate the property and will be charged for your full reservation in addition to the $200 smoking violation fee.

We are a PET FREE property.

You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation.  We are an Adults only property.  

All of our rooms are double occupancy only.  There are a few exceptions and we ask that you phone us directly to discuss a need to room more than two people.  

We ask that quiet time begins at 10PM whether you are in your room or enjoying our outdoor spaces.  We have many guests that rise early to catch the car ferry, golf, fish etc.
